Maize Remodeling, LLC is comprised of a small team.  Eric Schensky, Owner & Field Manager, Donnie McIntosh, Lead Foreman and Mary Anne Schensky, Office Manager & Field Coordinator.

Eric Schensky

Eric is an owner who continues to work along side his field production team to personally insure the best possible end result for the client.  Eric personally handles the estimating for the Maize team to insure he is delivering a detailed estimate that leaves little to no room for question.  Eric believes in educating his clientele to give them the information they need to make an informed decision about their home improvement projects.

Eric carries a wealth of knowledge in the Residential and Industrial field of construction.  In 2006 Eric decided to branch into the residential field as an owner to personally deliver the finer details that he has come to master as a Master Carpenter.

Donnie McIntosh

Donnie, The Lead Foreman has a vast knowledge of the remodeling industry and offers many years of experience.  Between Eric and Donnie there is not a project that cannot be done, nor is there a problem that can not be solved. 

Mary Anne Schensky

Mary Anne handles all of the office management and field coordination demands. Mary Anne has a diverse background by bringing property management, sales, estimating and construction /remodeling experience to the Maize team
