Eric started the job on our house exactly when he said that he would and he finished exactly when he predicted. His craftsmanship was very impressive, and he did an excellent job. The dining room picture molding is beautiful, and the ceiling trim (with the arched corners) is very classy. In addition to the picture molding on the staircase and in the foyer, Eric designed and created a fantastic work of art on our upper foyer wall that turned out to be very impressive!

We have had the folks from Maize Remodeling do several projects at our home and recommend them enthusiastically! Donnie, Eric’s assistant, has worked on a multitude of projects, helping us get our house ready for sale. The scope of the work involved was laying linoleum and ceramic tile, repairing a cement floor, installing plumbing fixtures and repairing toilets, wiring a ground fault outlet in a workroom, installing lighting fixtures/ceiling fans.

Both Eric and Donnie are meticulous craftsmen. Each project - small or large - was carefully and expertly finished. Mary Anne has tremendous knowledge of remodeling and repair work. She was the instrumental designer for our kitchen remodeling in the house we sold. It was no surprise that the kitchen was the main selling point!
